I recently had the pleasure of doing some business with Leavitt Peak Press in Artesia, California. My “go to” guy that worked with me was a young man by the name of Ash Edwards. He was my contact and advisor through the entire process.
Ash was very accommodating, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He walked me through the entire process of what it involves publishing with their company and went far beyond the call to make sure I understood the process and what all was involved with book publication.
He spent hours on the phone explaining to me and took the time to make sure I was presented with the correct plan to publish my book. He was very kind and patient and allowed me a lot of time to process the information. Not once did he get frustrated or tired of my indecision or hesitancy.
Ash is a very good representative of this company and will go to extremes to make sure you understand all the options available. Even after, I was confronted with some medical issue Ash worked with me to make sure I was treated fairly.
I appreciate the time Ask took to make sure I was taken care of. I also appreciate the care and concern he showed regarding my medical issues. He is very kind, insightful, and concerned. He put out every effort to make sure I, as an author, was presented with the best options. He was also very kind and concerned about my health issues.
I appreciate Ash Edwards. I would highly recommend him if you needed information or insight to a publication. He is an extremely talented and knowledgeable young man, and I appreciate that very much. I would work with him again if the occasion should arise.
